Lawyer with 25+ years’ experience in IT Law, founder of Array, a law firm dedicated to IT Law with particular focus on open source and digital liberties, Carlo is also member of the Board of the Open Source Initiative, editor of the Journal of Open Law, Technology and Society (formerly Ifosslr), president of the Board of EuroITcounsel (an European network of lawyers specializing in IT Law) and fellow of the OpenForum Academy. Array is also contributing member of the Eclipse Foundation and Carlo is member of the Steering Committee of the Eclipse Oniro Working Group and member of the Software Defined Vehicle WG.
