Jurgita Miseviciute is the Head of Public Policy and Government Affairs at Proton, which is one of the fastest growing consumer and business communications and collaboration companies in Europe. Proton develops free and secure tools, like email, calendar, drive, and VPN services. Proton is making privacy universally accessible to millions of its users, including journalists, some of the world’s largest organizations, and people in more than 180 countries.

In her current role Jurgita is responsible for Proton’s global public policy and antitrust efforts. She also leads Proton’s engagement with politicians, governments, regulatory agencies and other relevant stakeholders in multiple jurisdictions across the globe. Throughout her career she has worked on a wide range of tech policy and regulatory issues including antitrust. Before Proton, she held positions in the private and public sectors including top-tier global law firms such as Covington, Latham & Watkins and the European Commission.

Jurgita holds an LL.M. in Law & Economics from Utrecht University.
